Bilstein 5100s No Adapter Ring

I recently got some 5100s for my Ram 1500. They did not come with the adapter ring that I have seen talked about before and the instructions didn’t mention it. It was my understanding that the ring was for non off-road group trucks previously. Did they change the kit or modify a part so the adapter ring is not needed anymore? If this has been covered previously sorry. I couldn’t find it. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Not sure what exactly you missing, but below is a picture of my 5100's and my ORP front springs. They were removed and replaced with 6112's.
Only difference between ORP and Non-ORP is the springs and OEM shocks which in turn affects the height gains from the 5100's.
What are you missing?

The adapter ring is the lower piece in this photo but they must have changed something to where it isn’t needed anymore. There are YouTube videos of the install on a 5th gen ram talking about how the ring was only to be used on non off-road group trucks.
