I'm looking for 5100s for rear of my Rebel, but Bilstein catalog doesn't show anything for rear for Rebel.
This SKU says:

• Fits All 2019-2021 4WD RAM 1500s Without Air Rides, Excluding Rebel & TRX Models

Do you know why it can't be installed on Rebel? I'm looking for a shock to match with 5100s in the front and to accommodate 1" spacer in the rear.

They 100% will fit, I just don't understand why that is not a supported application by Bilstein. I've send them a request and recieved a responce that doesn't clarify why it is not supported.

"All of our shock are designed, tested and tuned application specific and we never recommend cross-referencing from one application to another. Unfortunately we don’t catalog any rear shocks for 2020, Ram, 1500, Rebel. I apologize. Perhaps if you can provide me with an extended and collapsed length for the shock you need I can look up a 5125 series shock."

Also, rear stock rear shocks on Rebel have external reservoirs, and 5100s don't.
