Nice. I have the same rack. Haven't put it on yet but the wife and I were discussing it yesterday.

@Draw007 Is that the NV Base 2? Does the tailgate contact the rack when flat and/or tilted down? I just used my NV 1.0 for the first time on my new truck and it hits in both positions. Didn't have that problem on my Tacoma. I love the NV but am thinking of getting something else because of this.
