question for anyone running 275/65/r20 ko2’s what psi are you running them at?
 
52 front 46 rear for me. Before cold weather impacts they were great. I've lost a few psi all around and they are still rolling really well but I need to get some air. It's cold outside!

wow okay im running mine at 36 all around lol
 
I’ve got the 275/70/18 and I’m running 45 all around. Very pleased with the ride

hmm i might have to up the pressure to try it out it seemed low 36 since the max psi is80 on these tires
 
I always stayed above 60 psi to keep the safe tire load above 3000 lbs, but that was for my 7800 lb Ford F-250 (285/75-16 tires).

I would recommend it. You're tire's load rating at that pressure is around 2100 lbs giving you a max load rating of ~4500 lbs and your truck is heavier than that.

Each tire is a little different but here's a good reference to ballpark load vs tire pressure (E-rated 275/65-20 tires are on page 24):
