Hi all! First post here, just picked up a 2019 longhorn and Ive already started binge-shopping for accessories...

disclaimer:
...I have to admit Ive done limited searching here on this topic, but here it goes:

I just picked up a pair of these: https://www.roughcountry.com/ram-led-grille-kit-70783c.html

CANT WAIT to install

However, that included switch is a joke. Im looking for something a bit more integrated. I love that Toyota's had those easy-to-remove switch bays, and there's loads of switches on amaz-ON.

Anyone have good suggestions and/or pics they can share of the best aftermarket switches for lights they've added?

If it were me I would buy an SPOD with the touch screen. Two wires to the battery, accessories to the panel and one cable into the truck. That is my plan.

No wires to run into cab, get a remote wireless one. I have the STL remote wireless one on mine.

Welcome. You have some switch options depending on how oem you want it. Like everything it comes down to preference. Some good threads on here you will find. Separately go grab this extra rebate. See below.

Make sure you go file for this additional rebate. Do it within 60 days of purchase.

The only qualification is that “someone in your household” must have a non-FCA vehicle or that you traded in a non-FCA vehicle.

Direct link to form (you DO NOT have to have Allstate insurance):

Do you have any connection issues? love the idea of not having to run more wires into my cab.

Nope been installed around 9 months now and no problems. Activated my rigid light whenever I need it. When it warms up I will be installing my emergency grille lights on it. It has 6 active switches and I am only using 1 right now.
