Best Ratcheting Cargo Bar.....?

Hi all,

I want to get a ratcheting cargo bar for my bed. Go into be used to keep Husky Bins with literature for work in them towards the tailgate. Will almost always set it and forget it and would only remove when necessary for moving furniture or buying mulch etc. my buns will get heavy full of paperwork so it needs to be sturdy and last (no rust).

+1 for the keeper. Got it from Home Depot. I use it to keep my husky bin towards the cab. I keep my recovery supplies in there with my hitch and jumper cables.
