Best OBDII Dongle?

I am planning to buy an OBDII dongle to identify and troubleshoot codes. What have you found to be the best dongles on the market?

Nope...just looking for a great Bluetooth OBD2 dongle that I can use on all of my vehicles.

Don't need to spend that much. I have 2 of these OBD2 dongles ($12/ea) + Torque Pro app on my phone ($5) and they work fine.
