Yes. It's one bolt about 12" back from the exhaust tip. Almost at the small muffler.
I kept mine about 1/8" from actually touching the bumper. Don't want the bumper to discolor over time from excessive heat.

What size hole plugs did you use?

3/8” which are too small. But I took a flat head screwdriver and reached up behind them once in place and splayed back a few tines on each one. Just be a careful not to be too agressive. That bumper is about one micron thicker than aluminum foil. I also took a good dab of grease and smeared it behind each one after they were installed.
The 3/8” are small but look good once installed.

I think you wanna use 7/16" plugs, at least according to BumperPlug.
