Bedliner Line-X

My Ram didn't came with the bedliner so I had Line-X sprayed on the truck bed after I purchased the Ram. Line-X did an amazing job. FYI, when I close the truck I noticed I had to close the tailgate a little harder, if I don't my warning light will pop up saying I did not close it tight enough, it doesn't bother me, but wanted to share that piece of information. If you are ordering the Ram, make sure you get the Bed Utility Group, the factory bedliner lets you close the tailgate flawlessly, plus it come with a truck bed divider. My Ram didn't come with it and I had to order it, costed me $800.00 bucks. Cheaper to order the option than ordering the stuff afterwards. I ordered OEM tow hooks and bedlights, I will post once its installed.

Any of you guys have that same issues with closing your tailgate?

No issues for me either.

Hammerdown Motorstport on his youtube channel said he have the same issues with the tailgate. Topic starts at 4:15 mark.

Line-X was also the first thing I had done. I have to slam the tailgate to keep my warning light from coming on. No bother Line-X did a great job and it looks great.

Would you guys share what the cost was on having Line-X done? I got a quote for 540 for the 6'4" bed and i'm wondering if that's average cost to have it done?

That sounds about right. I paid $500 for a 5'7" bed.

Dealer paid for my bedliner, my buddy paid 750 for his in Northern California.

Had mine lined as soon as I could. The Line-X installer removed the plugs at the rear where the bed lights would go and then sprayed the bed. He put the plugs back in put they don't stay very well now. Anyone else have this issue and maybe a solution? I tried bending the plastic tabs on the back of the plug out further to try to make the plug stay in better but it didn't work .

Looking at getting this done. How long did it take to get done? All day? A few days? Reason I ask is the truck is my only vehicle at the moment.
