Bed Utility Group - Cargo Tie Down Cleats

Anyone have a part number or a place to purchase more Adjustable tie down cleats for the adjustable rail? It looks like the Toyota Tacoma has the same system but i can't seem to find anything for the Ram. I found this on amazon but not sure if it will fit. Wondering if anyone else has found the cleats.

I found the rails but I am only interested in the cleats.

Look at these. Seller claims they came off a 2019 1500 with Ram Box.
