Bed Steps

I am wanting to add a step to help getting up into the bed. Can anyone recommend one? Too bad they don't have the integrated tailgate step like Ford.

The tailgate step sucks compared to the Mopar Ram step. Too many steps to deploy it. And not as sturdy.

Not to mention how much weight it adds... and I had it on both my '14 and '16 F150s...
