Got it all done in an afternoon. Some feedback on the products:

RAM Bed Rails, 82215286AB. This kits comes with hex-shaped rivnuts, 8 to each side. The problem is that in several cases before the rivnut sets it starts spinning. I had to pull the fuel tank cover and the wheel well liner to get a wrench onto the back side of a couple of them. Once it was all done it looks and functions fine.

BackRack pns 15020 & 30167 - piece of cake. 20 minutes and no drilling.

Tough Country Rear Wheel Well liners, 82216333AA Took a while to get into place and I don't like the fit around the mudguards. I also observed the Tinnerman nuts and a few of those black headed screws for the fender flares are already showing rust and I just got 500 miles on the truck. Anyone know of a source for black stainless?

Factory Mudguards, molded & paintable: rear: 82215489AD, front: 82215488AC. These went on nicely and fit perfectly. These pns they've fixed the issue of the empty cavity that was in the older style and filled with debris. These have rigid foam inserts that fill the cavity.

Du Ha underseat storage. Works out nice - only nit I have is the brackets cover a wiring harness attach point for each rear seat. I have the heated rears so I'm guessing that the regular seats won't have the issue. Tip- have your breaker bar and 18mm socket ready.
