So I have a 2020 ram Limited normal bed. I am wanting to put a 120 plug in the bed for a cooler on long trips. And want to do it like factory with the inverter and all. Does anyone know of kit number for the factory set up.

You don't want factory. That's a max 400w, which ain't much juice. Go shop at some online trailer supply (or Amazon) for a good-sized inverter you can mount under the hood close to the battery using some hefty battery cables. Then get a nice heavy duty extension cord to plug in and run along the frame up into the bed.

Depending on the power demand, you might be OK with the build in inverter. I have not tried mine with the modified sine wave tho, don`t want to risk burning up the power supply.
My BougeRV pulls 4 amps at 12 volts on high setting, less than .5 amps at 120 VAC
I run it from a 12 volt outlet either from the back of the center console or an outlet in the bed.
