Bed Not Draining After Bed Liner

Hi All! I've been running around reading the forums for a while, and I can't seem to find any notes on my particular issue.
I had a spray in bed liner put in my truck a couple weeks ago. Job seems to be decent, but with the high rake of the vehicle, it just holds water in the bed for hours after a rain. There aren't any drain holes that are readily obvious to drill out - any recommendations? I seem to have found plenty of people that were trying to seal up the bed like I have, but I'd rather it drain. Vehicle specs are in signature.
Thanks for any thoughts!

There's a small drain slot in the front center of the bed. It's pretty thin, so I bet they sprayed it shut

Thanks, Barnyard! I'll get down in there with a razor and see what I can do. That's definitely plugged up.
