Installed this today and a very easy install. This does have the light cut outs.

something I've always wondered as my truck is parked outside...how are these things secured? I know a thief could take anything if they wanted to, but is this held down by anything?

Not a fan at all...all they do is move around enough to take the paint off the bed and can hold moisture underneath so that it starts to rust out. Cheap option but better to go with a spray-on liner or even a bed rug. I have found these plastic drop in liners to be nothing but problems over many years. Just my 2 cents!

This Bed liner sits under the side rails and has two plastic clips towards the tailgate end to hold it down. In regards to moisture concerns I have a bed cover so it will be very limited.

Will do, and thanks for the reminder
My 19 Laramie Sport came with a Mopar Ram drop in liner. I had one in my old Silverado and the bed did scuff but never rusted through. I was about the only area that didn't rust through on it.

I did pull it out and you could see where it had just started rubbing on the bed so I bought a couple rolls of 3M Vivid PPF, cut it into 1 1/2 strips and covered the tops of the corrugation along with the edges of the tailgate and end of the bed. I wanted to keep the liner as it is one tough piece of plastic and will stop most dents and other issues.
