How often do you retorque your BDS UCA’s or any other non OEM UCA? Asking because it has been about 5000-7000 miles since I checked mine and I only did because I heard some clunking when leaving my driveway or uneven surfaces. I rechecked the torque of the UCA bolts and had to tighten them quite a bit (several turns). I have been riding through some rough roads here lately and wondered if that may have loosen the bolts.

Are you torquing them to 130ft/lbs? Maybe some Blue Loctite?
I just installed Thuren F-UCAs recently..and Thuren R-U/L CAs & Trackbar a couple months ago.
I rechecked all my Rear bars, Swaybar, and Endlinks..and they hadn't changed.
Guess it wouldn't hurt to do a Complete 5k Maintenance of Oil/Filter/TireRotation/CAs-retorque..jeez, more fun😋

I torqued them to factory 128 ft lbs today. can’t remember what I had torqued them before. lol. I had not used blue loctite since it never asked for it.

Truth be told, I like to use silver anti-seeze on suspension bolts so I can get them off in the future, but if yours (or mine) are coming loose, then Blue Loctite it is for me.

I know the Ram UCA nuts aren't nylocks, but I just recently learned to never use anti-seeze on nylock nuts as they will loosen up..my mechanic friend told me this..I'd never heard that before.

i torque my Carli to 130 ftlb and used paint marker. That way I can visually check if re-torquing is needed. No locktite, no anti-seize.
I do that for all the bolts and nuts that I touch.
