I have been hearing squeaks from the suspension for a few weeks now. Thought it was the sway bar bushings and greased them up some more but still heard squeaking. Decided to put my gopro under the wheel well and captured the bushing for the BDS UCA's sqeaking and there seems to be a little bit of movement forward and back. I made sure they were torqued down to spec which is 130 ft/lbs. Called BDS and waiting on call back but any idea if the rubber bushings are just bad after 1 year?

Spoke with BDS after they reviewed the video. They are sending me new bushings for both driver and passenger sides. Should have them here in a few days and will hopefully get them installed late next week. See if it solves the clunks and squeeks.

Latest update. Took the truck into the local lift shop to have the UCA bushings replaced.
Before replacing the store manager wanted to listen to what I was hearing. He and his tech rocked the truck back and forth and found out the squeaking was coming from the shock shaft itself and where it goes through the shock body. Looks as the shaft was dry. They added some lubricant to the seal and shaft and the squeak was gone. Saved me on having to pay for the UCA bushing replacement. Told me to keep an eye on it and if it happens again it could be that the fox shocks need servicing. They are only 1 year old so not sure why. Anyone have this issue with their fox 2.5 coilovers?
