After 3 weeks in the shop, battery changes, alternator changes and no resolution they finally figured out the electrical issues were caused by water leaking from the back window and damaging systems. This issue was brought to attention and I think a lawsuit started … to no avail. This is a significant and costly issue that RAM knows about but will not “recall”!

Sounds like the leak took out your RF hub. It's happened to many of us. Stellantis has extended the warranty for the rear window and CHMSL leaks. It should also cover anything that was damaged by the water leak. Details for these warranty extensions are in this thread...

Just got my letter as well, I think the value of this extension is if you had a major leak that also damaged your headliner, it could be worth the fix there. The fact they will deny your warranty if you fixed it yourself seems to counter the letter? I guess they mean repaired by the dealership...
