Decided to check the truck for any leaks and found that the VVT solenoid gasket was leaking. easy fix btw id say 30 min. including cleaning of the plastics lol
I won't go into full detail due to how easy it was to remove/replace. you'll just need the following:
10mm long socket
8mm long socket
6 inch extension 3/8 drive
flat head screwdriver
clip pry driver thingy (idk what its called but i use it to remove any plastics).
Part #4893803AA (Local dealer had it for $15 out the door)
Cleaned the area around the solenoid with brake cleaner as much as i could*
Hope this helps anyone.
