Balancing weights or balancing beads?

Getting some new wheels and tires just heard of these beads. What do you all think weights or beads? Do they make noise? Going with
20x10 -25 offset 33” tire

no beads...shouldn't need those unless you are running a 37 or 40" or higher tire.
