BakFlip MX4, Gator FX3 or UnderCover Armor Flex 2/3 Dimensions

Odd request, but can someone give me the dimension of the open space when their tonneau cover is in the 2/3 position?

I'm wanting to run it in the 2/3 position with my 2 gunner kennels in the back so that it doesn't block my entire rear window. The kennels are 34" long. Hopefully there is enough room to have the tonneau at 2/3 and still be able to close the tailgate.

My thought is that this would offer a little protection to any gear I put behind the kennels. If this doesn't work I'm stuck with a roll up.

I ended up going with the MX4 and am pleased. See the pics. This is a gunner intermediate that clears well. I have customized a Colorado tool box to fit behind against the front of the bed to allow me to put my grizzly in the back. This still leaves good room between the kennel and the tool box for misc items and makes them somewhat covered from the elements.
