Back seat vents on center console

Does anyone know how to remove and replace the vents on the back of the console? Not sure how but I have a broken one and need to replace it. I had a broken one on the center stack next to radio too and replaced it already. Not sure how that one happened either, I just got in the truck one day and one was broken. A few months later the other was broken. Seems like they are cheaply made. Never had any break like this.

I think the plastic peice (trim)
Just pulls off or there is 2 screws one on each side at the top
I just had it apart last month but I’m old and my brain isn’t what it use to be either way it was pretty simple it all came off one peice not sure if the vent came with it but if not will be exposed when trim removed
