Just Installed the AVS AeroCab Marker Lights on my 2022 Ram 1500. Here is a picture after I just got done for anyone wondering. I will post more pictures at night if anyone is interested. Was a very easy install. Wired the relay signal into the left marker light so they only come on when remote started and with the auto headlights. Would definitely recommend to anyone as long as it holds up!

Looks great! Do you notice any additional wind noise? Can you post pics of the wiring install?

Wind noise is very minimal, have to be the perfect combination of high wind and driving into it. Have added a number of pictures of my wiring into the relay. The four outputs on the relay are as follows. 30 goes to battery positive-went to the fuse box open stud with an inline fuse. 85 went to battery ground on the battery with the ground from the light. 86 Went to the marker light with a posi tap-the white wire. 87 is the output to the light power. Wiring like this turns the light on when remote started idling or anytime the actual headlights come on. Gonna clean up with loom as i get time. If you have specific questions
on anything let me know.

Sounds good, I just went to advanced auto parts and grabbed a universal 4 pin relay, any auto parts store should have one. I actually still had the box sitting on my work bench attached is a picture.

How did you pull the wire through the A pillar? I reviewed the avs instructions but it's unclear to me. Thanks

The wire runs down the A-pillar (outside, along the windshield) where you then go under the plastic cap into the engine compartment. It's actually very easy to get in from there.

These photos are on the passenger, but AVS does it the same way on the driver side. They're where I got the idea from. The first photo shows where it goes down the pillar into the engine compartment. The second one shows where it came into the engine compartment and then ran along the trim to the fuse box.

You can see it same thing the OP's photos, but without being circled they may be a little hard to pick up if you don't know what you're looking for.

OP, they look great by the way.

Going to install mine today and something doesn’t look right. The rear of the plastic doesn’t sit flush with the roof, noticeable large gaps in the back from the roof channel. Front will sit flush but not the back portion. Does anyone have a close up picture of theirs? Maybe I was sent the wrong one, not sure.

It took an extra couple feet of wire to tap in, but I tapped into the marker light wire on the hitch wiring. Easy to access and easily identifiable. Much easier than tapping in at a headlight, which I've done before, and you have very little wire to work with (once you find the right one).
Just a suggestion.

I ended up finding the correct one. Driver side maker light w/LED headlamps use the white wire with brown stripe. Your right not much room at all but was able to use the posi tap and now works great!
