I'm doing something wrong, I guess. I've clicked on the change avatar, picked a picture on "choose file". The image location shows but no picture shows. I click okay anyway and nothing changes.

Did you check the circle to use a custom avatar?

I just changed mine and no issue, hope you can get it to work

I've found the pictures I'm trying to use are too big.
