I recently got the opportunity to try out a couple of Auxito led bulbs for my 2020 ram rebel, but ended up getting my 2022 rebel way sooner than expected. (Less than 5 weeks from order to on the lot) So this post is long overdue.
Anyways, the install is identical to the prior years 2019-2021. The bulbs I am trying out are the 921 led bulbs which I installed in the cargo lights located in the third brake light.
To install these lights you simply remove the 4 star screws located on the exterior of the light and the whole assembly will pop right out. After that you can remove the bulbs by rotating the socket they are installed in 1/4 turn counterclockwise, and the bulbs can be pulled right out.

I also got to test out the 578 led bulb in the cab of the truck, this is a very easy swap aswell and can be done by using a flat blade screwdriver to open the clear dome. There is a small slot located on the passenger side of the light to make this easier. After opening the cover the stock halogen bulb is able to be pulled out simply using your fingers. (Be sure to let the bulb cool off as it is really hot after only a short time)
The new led bulb is not quite as fat as the stock halogen bulb, so you may have to bend the retaining clips in a bit by hand so it has a good connection. The stock housing is not a reflector, so the led bulb I got was the perfect replacement. After installing the new led bulb you can simply close the lens up and your good to go.

Both bulbs were a huge upgrade over the stock halogen bulbs that come in these locations, install is easy and it only takes a couple of minutes to do. From what I can see the bulbs shipped from a Canadian location and arrived in a very short time.
I’m not sure if this post is formatted correctly or needs to be changed as the bulbs were provided by Kay at auxito, which is a vendor on the forums.
Attached are a couple of before and after pics of the install, I will post some more nighttime pics of the after install and update if I run into any issues. Any questions, just let me know.
