Automatic Power tailgate issues on the 2025

I recently saw a post for someone having an issue with 4 beep tones and the tailgate won't open. I have the opposite issue. Often the tailgate will not close with the remote or the button on the side of the open tailgate. It has been to the dealer and they replaced both latches as we noticed the right one would not go through its "pull-in" close cycle, each latch is motorized. It seemed to work for about a week and went right back to the right latch not fully latching. In this position the dome lights inside stay on as if a door is ajar. The only way to clear it seemingly is to set off the alarm, reopen the tailgate and it will close and latch by using the remote. Needless to say this is a huge headache, time killer and embarrassing when loading at Home Depot! Has anyone had a similar experience or know of a resolution? They have opened a "star case" with RAM. I don't fault the dealer their Tech is highly skilled and took time to go through troubleshooting and his attempts to clear it. Any help or insight would be appreciated! Thanks, Joe
