Auto Side Step Problem - Stuck Deployed

I’m having issues with my 2020 limited. The one mopar set I installed on my 2019 Laramie worked flawlessly for the year I owned the Laramie. Now my limited that came with them from factory with only 2000 miles on the truck is having issues. First trip to dealer said they are dirty they cleaned and said all fixed. Which was BS because they weren’t dirty. Now a week later they fail to deploy or close sometimes. Back again to dealership next Saturday...

What was the end result? My 2020 Ram Longhorn passanger step is also getting stuck or not deploying at all.

Having the same problem now too. Boards are stuck in deployed position
