Hello guys new to the group here. So I recently bought 2021 1500 Limited, curious me navigating through the nice 12” screen to check out audio settings, just touched the equalizer button and messed up the nice audio that came from factory, and now I can’t get that nice sound back. Tried setting the equalizer but no luck so far. Did it happen to anyone? Suggestions?

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. Please let me know if you plan on visiting a dealership for this concern. I would be happy to open a case for you.

There sound be a reset in the menu for factory settings. I don’t have the larger screen and not the upgraded speakers so I’m not sure if the menu is configured.

Did you try the noise quality setting? Think is says low sound quality. If that isn’t the issue you definitely need to have the dealer look at it. Probably an easy fix as they are not hard to remove/fix
