ATV or SxS in Bed w/ RamBoxes??

Does anyone put a 50” ATV or UTV in their 5’7” bed with RamBoxes?

Generally an ATV will fit unless you put a tonneu cover as the rail takes up box width.

The answer depends on what you have installed:

Measured widths:

Main RAMBox Bed (rib inside to rib inside, without a spray in bed liner) - 50 1/8"
Between welded in cargo tie down loops - 49"
Between mounted side rails of BakFlip MX4 tonneau cover - 47 7/8"
Between RAMBox moveable upper cargo tie down loops - 46 1/4"

So an exactly 50" ATV without any bed cover would fit in the bed with a 1/16" to spare on each side, but would hang up on the lower tie down loops.

I fit the ATV my 600 in my last post, with my MX4 side rails & tie-down cleats with no issues at all.

Exactly. The floor width of a RamBox bed is ever so slightly wider than a normal bed, but rails are a different animal.

2021 Honda Pioneer 520 - 50” wide SxS, fits inside the 2020 Ram 1500 Sport with 5’7” Rambox. 2” lift, and multifunctional tailgate with after market tailgate support. The Tonneau cover is removed for the SxS and there is no wiggle room in the box. The Honda Pioneer 520 factor tires rub against the bottom tie downs without issue. Tonneau cover is left on for hauling a 129” sled in the winter, it sticks out a bit but who cares, saves hauling the trailer around if I can help it.

Hi sorry for jumping into your question post.. my bf has just bought a 2020 rebel with ramboxes. We're considering buying a CanAm 450/570 outlander. It's wheelbase is listed at 51". Currently we have a trifold tonneau installed. Do we stand a chance fitting it?

The question really depends on your definition of "fit".

Finally. Seeing a pic (thanks for posting) that shows that a 520 can be loaded into a RAM equipped with Rambox. I am looking at the new 2500 rebel 6.4 ft bed with rambox and was hoping my pioneer 520 would fit. This photo gives me hope that it will. Anyone else been successful with Rambox?
