Attaching a video?

Can someone please explain how to attach a video. I tried three different formats and it would accept none of them. I've been unable to find a how to in this forum. I asked in the thread I was trying to attach one to and no one replied. I sent a message to the contact us at the bottom of the page and again no reply. Thanks for any help!

I don't think you can attach videos. You could post your video somewhere like youtube, and then post the url of the video via the insert link option.

There is a size limit.
This video said it was the wrong type, but asked if I wanted them to host it
