Are your dealerships choosing sales over fixing your recall?

Hey there, I’m actually at another local dealer right this minute, who ordered the recall parts for me when I came in for something else. They got the parts in two days. Very happy with their service, will be coming here from now on for such things.

I bought on Saturday, and they found it needed the recall, and could not let it off the lot, so I got in Tuesday... after a new shipment of parts came in.. the ones in were for customers trucks..
 
My Ram had the recalls done with no waiting. In fact they waited a day for me because I had a commitment the day I called.
Still waiting on parts for the recall...and I’ve been to the dealer a couple of times since they were ordered! I’m running back to the dealer again today for them to finish/correct an unsuccessful camera module installation.

The dealer my niece uses in SE Michigan had the recall parts on the shelf. She had the recalls done yesterday. She said it only took about a half hour.
