Apple Play - Where Did You Go?

Took my 2021 ram 1500 in for service and it seems like apple play has disappeared. I don’t see the button for it anymore and when I plug my phone in and nothing is launching automatically. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Are you saying you don’t see it in the lower bar or in apps at all. If you click apps button you should be able to drag it back down to the lower bar.

Try a different USB connection cord. They are finicky. I had that problem with a cord that I thought was fine, but I swapped it out, and now all good.

Sometimes it’s stays missing for some hours if the battery was disconnected, but if days have gone by then yes it’s somewhere in there.
