Apple Car Play Issues Disconnecting

2019 Ram 12” Uconnect.
Recently when my IPhone battery is at 100%, of connected via usb to CarPlay it will connect and disconnect continuously in a repeating cycle, yet when it isn’t full connect and stays connected just fine. Why the issue?
