Anyone with Rugged liner drop in?

i just purchased one and had it installed by the shop i got it from.

Upon inspection i noticed a tab on each either side at the front of the liner near the tailgate not under the rails and also a hole where i suppose a screw is supposed to be installed isnt.
I dont happen to have the install instructions nor can i find it online to look at

If anyone happens to have it installed, do you mind sending me pictures of it done or a photo of the instructions!
