Anyone Using The Ottocast Mirror Touch Wireless Carplay Adapter?

I have a 2022 RAM 1500 Lone Star with the 12" Uconnect 5 Infotainment system. I have connected and used several of the so called "magic boxes", wireless CarPlay boxes...and a couple of them are Ottocast devices. I have been unable to get the latest Ottocast product...the Ottocast Mirror Touch Wireless Carplay Adapter to connect. The Uconnect Bluetooth recognizes and says it is connected to the Ottocast device, but disconnects immediately after the connection is made. According to the Ottacast web page the 2022 RAM 1500 is compatible with the device. The 2022 Uconnect supports both wired and wireless connectivity. I can get the Ottocast device to connect and work on my 2020 Corvette, so I know the Ottocast device is working properly.

Anyone using the Ottcast device in their truck?

Did you solve your issue with the ottocast?

When I connect my ottocast mirror touch I just get a blank page. Nothing is shown.
I just get a glimpse of the menu where I should choose language. But it’s visible for under one second.
What ever I do I get no picture. Sound is working but no picture.

I had another model ottocast, the Netflix/youtube worked, but the mirror function never did. Kinda makes me think it isn’t compatible with the truck after reading this.
