mine is a 1500, 2022

and when i searched for a 2022 it gave me 2500 and 3500

and lots of other mud flaps mentioned but no mention which works best
and how they are liked

I meant search on this site. Husky, Gator, Weathertech, Mopar, etc. I had the Husky and liked them. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.

You don't have to take the small ones off. The huskys fit right over. There is a molded recess for the small factory ones.

It's not really a mud flap, but all of the mud flaps for the Ram trucks bolt on around those pieces of plastic trim. These are the Husky's.
