Anyone read the Dakota is making a comeback (2023)?

The Ram 1500 is one of the larger full size trucks.
It appears to be a great truck but not sure it will even fit in my garage.

Thinking about downsizing but I just don't fit in the Colorado, Canyon, Frontier or Ranger.

Now, if RAM wants to make a bit hit with the Dakota, I am hoping it is the larger of the mid-size trucks and people would be jumping all over it.

I have seen conflicting reports with the most recent being that the dakota project was cancelled. I'd love to see a dakota in the size range between a gladiator and a 1500.
