Anyone know a bug deflector that’s done wind tunnel testing?

I realize that any bug deflector will cause a penalty in mpg. I’d like to find one that has done wind tunnels testing to limit the effect.

It's been my experience that the most effective "bug deflectors" are the ones that stick up the highest. This would mean that they would also block wind flow and affect fuel economy the most. But it would be interesting to see if any manufacturers of bug deflectors has gone to the expense of doing wind tunnel testing.
