Anyone have the new RC power boards? And are yours loud when retracting?

Just installed today and the boards to me are very loud when retracting. I’m being told by the installer that it’s due to the dual motor design on these.

Assuming you mean they are loud when they deploy. I installed those on our F150 and noticed the same thing if so. They slam fairly hard when they deploy, but they retract back against the truck much more smoothly. I'd say that's normal given the design. Just enjoy them. I'd be more concerned if they were louder when they retract back in if that's what you're are doing.

No they’re loud when they retract. They also don’t cover the pinch weld which drives me nuts.
