Michelle Yang looks like a real lawyer specializing in lemon law. That said it looks like fishing expedition direct-mail marketing campaign by one of those ambulance chaser lawyers looking for plaintiffs to exploit to make the law firm money.

They forgot failing batteries, leaking rear window, cracked exhaust manifolds and UC5 issues.😆

Sounds like a general issue list that could apply to any vehicle and not at all specific to RAM.🤔

Anybody try scanning the bar code? I’m afraid it will download a virus or something.

It is interesting that it says "under California lemon laws" but yet getting sent to people outside of California
