Anyone else try the new Hankook Dynapro AT2's?

Just wondering if anyone else out there has tried these tires, and what their overall thoughts are? I put a set on my Limited and went a size bigger at 305/45/22 vs the stock 285/45/22's. So far they seem real nice, quiet on the highway and good wet grip. I have not had them on offroad conditions yet.

For almost half the price of the Ridge Grapplers I figured I would give them a try!

I had a set on my F150 and couldnt complain. Lasted 40K and still had enough tread to sell when I went up a size.

I put these on my 2014 Ram 1500 after getting tired of the Goodyears and loved them. I ended up trading the truck in on the 2019 and asked about swapping the tires based on how much I liked the Hankooks for wet and snow as well as looks but the change to the 6 lugs made it too complicated to deal with. I was impressed with the ride, noise level, traction etc. for the couple years I was running them.

I have been looking at them. It looks like they don't have all of the planned sizes (80 total) available yet. They look pretty good. I also like the fact that they are manufactured here in the USA (Clarksville, TN). I would really like to see pictures of these mounted on your truck if you could take the time to post some. I think a couple of the comments here are in relation to the Dynapro ATM; not the Dynapro AT2. I beleive the Hankook Dynapro AT2 just started production in March or April this year.

I think you are correct, I'm pretty sure the ones above are referring to the ATM.

A few things that drew me to them were they were offered in 305/45/22, they were relatively light weight at 47 lbs, and the tread depth was 16/32nds instead of 13/32nds. Well AND the fact they were $800 cheaper than the Ridge Grapplers! :)

I will try and get some pics when I can. The look definitely depends on what size tire you put on what wheel. My 305/45/22's on stock 22's look WAY different than my brothers. He put a stock size tire on a set of stock Denali 2500 wheels and they don't even look like the same tire as mine.

I put them on my F150 about 94k miles and traded them in with about 133k on the truck. I had 0 complaints and they held up extremely well. A coworker turned me on to them, as he ran them on all his Jeeps. He mentioned they received pretty awesome reviews as well. I'm seriously thinking of going with them again once my Wildpeaks wear out.

I just ordered a set in 305/45r22. Install scheduled for Thursday. I’ll post some pics when it’s done.

I had ATMs on my jeep and loved them. When these stock highway tires wear out Id like to try the AT2s if they looked a bit more aggressive, the sidewall tread is a bit lacking. But if theyre still making ATMs I might just go with those.

Had them on my last Ram... loved them (those pics were at the 20k mile mark). They wear really well, super quiet, great in snow, awesome off road.
Was going to go with the new AT3s (couldn’t find the at2s), but after seeing them on a buddy’s Ram, NOT the same look.

I went with pro comps on the new ram

I always run all terrains on my trucks. Looking at hankook as a possible tire. Either atm or at2. Anyone know what size I can put with stock suspension? Not sure if I have Orp or not or how to tell.

I'm running 305/45/22

You can size up for sure especially if you have 20's.
