anyone else having problems connecting

since day 1 i have maybe connected to uconnect about 5 times. I have tried 40 dollar cables and cheap cables. Is there any way to actually getting this to be reliable?

So you are talking about a wired connection you are having these issues with and not Bluetooth...correct? May be a bad USB hub f your only trouble is with a wired connection.

Maybe a bad USB hub...not uncommon.
