Anybody have the OEM 22 inch wheels w/Charcoal insert modify them in any way?

Hey has anybody done anything with the Charcoal insert on these wheels?

1) Like painted it to match the color of the truck?

2) Removed the Charcoal paint and polished it to match the rest of the rim?

The Rims look odd on anything other than a black truck to me??

I'd like to get the polished part painted black.
I bought the black center insert with the Ram head. Then got black lug nuts also. It looks much better.

I am on the other side of the equation probably go all chrome with a Silver truck or paint to match the inserts silver metallic
