So, I am on a road trip with my family and all 4 of us have android devices. Each time someone plugs into a USB port, front or back, the screen displaye "Another device wants to connect" yes/no. It is very annoying when the screen is being used by my phone on USB port #1. Anyone know if you can set the other ports for charging only? This question is for 2020 non-Nav 8.4 version.

Thanks, didn't think I would need to buy new cables, just so other devices would be ignored LOL...was hoping it was a setting in the radio I missed or an alphaobdb setting

There are 2 ports that are not linked to the radio. 1 at the back (labeled with a battery) and one under the armrest
If you plug into those, it doesn’t impact the radio at all
You can get dongles for your existing cables, new cables, or multiple usb to 2-prong power adapters. Lots of options.
