Ambient Dimmer Not Working

I just bought a 2019 Laramie with the Level 2 Technology package. It does NOT have the sunroof. My ambient dimmer switch does not work. The Ambient lights only come on when I move the display dimmer switch off of the max setting. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Mine only works for the ambient light where the sunglasses holder is at. That's the only thing it dims.

The way I've heard it described is that there is an internal system at Chrysler that service technicians can document issues and potential fixes that they are encountering. Another tech can then research this to see if other customers are having this issue and to look up potential solutions or add additional information related to that issue.

That probably oversimplifies it but that the jist of it. Here's an article.
