Always On USB

In my 2019, there is 1 always on USB (USB-C in this case) that is the one closer to the drivers side.

Is there a way to get the USB port next to it to also be always on? Would be nice to be able to charge 2 devices while the truck is off.

I think the charge only one on the back of the console is always on. I use this, because when I plug in to the front ones my hands free phone will not work.
