Alternative spare tire storage option

I have a 2019 RAM 1500 Classic Tradesman 4x4 Crew Cab. Truck came with a package that included 2018 black wheels and 275/60R20 tires. Bought a new matching wheel and tire for the spare but discovered center hole on wheel is too small. Can the clamp on the cable be changed? How?

I am using my rebel wheel as a spare. I hade to put the cable part through the center first then push the bracket past. It was tight but it fit.
