Hmm. Probably why I haven't seen it. So if you bring down the seat, is it visible by markings or no?

Yes,..... Pull the cord beneath the headrest to release the seat back and you will see it on the passenger side with a cutout

If you have the reclining rear seat, the back will fold down. If not, the entire seat needs to come out. Then it is inside the rear wall behind the carpeting. You will see the holes for it. The carpeting is held on with magnets so that comes right off for easy access.
