Anyone tried AJT Designs key fobs yet? Had one for my Silverado and loved it. Just saw these are out now.

Yep a few of us have. I just received mine a few days and light and slim which is going to take some time to get use to since I’ve was previously using a leather case on the factory fob so bulky in comparison.

That's cause it's a 4th gen.

Keyfob #2. This one has remote tailgate release. It's not a factory fob, so had to shave a little off the back side of the buttons for panic and remote start/tailgate release.

Its way lighter and slimmer thats for sure but i’m also a minimalist and prefer to keep a little as possible in my pockets. I still keep my FOB hooked to my belt loop when I’m working.

Yeah, we need a few side-by-side pics comparing width and thickness. All I've seen is pics like this where the AJT looks bigger because of the angle.

just buy the d**n thing lol. Length wise it’s about the same. Height wise AJT it slightly smaller but also flat compared to the roundness of the oem fob. AJT is a little lighter and no i’m not weighing it lol.

Lighter and thinner. Kind of feels a little cheap because it's lighter weight, but it's a good quality product

Just trying to figure if it’s even worth the effort to swap the guts out of the stock fob.

The cost isn't an issue. If it's not much smaller/lighter, there really wouldn't be any reason to swap.
