Es when I’m driving u hear a sudden air noise coming through the passenger side vent do a bout 5 to 10 seconds then it stops. Very weird. With all the new technology I didn’t know if it does that to equalize the cab
 
Happens to me too. I don't think the cabin equalizes like an airplane or else the doors wouldn't close. I believe there are flaps in most cars for this purpose.
 
My truck does the exact same thing when I have my ac on. I haven’t noticed it when the ac is off.
